Privacy at Bon Voyage Compass

Bon Voyage Compass is designed to keep private traveler information separate from public travel content.

Information you choose to provide

Account details, My Compass preferences, Traveler DNA answers, private journal content and saved travel information are used to provide the features you request. Private account content is not intended to become public search content.

Analytics

The site uses aggregate traffic and conversion measurement to understand which pages and features are useful. The first-party analytics layer is designed around event, source, path and device-category data rather than storing names, passwords or email addresses in traffic-event records.

Connected travel providers

When you choose to continue to a connected provider, that provider controls its own booking flow, payment handling, availability and privacy practices. Bon Voyage Compass does not claim a booking is complete until the provider confirms it.

Account security

My Compass uses authenticated account access and a secondary four-digit PIN for protected traveler data. Security controls may evolve as the service develops.

Your choices

You control what you enter into My Compass and whether content marked as private is shared. Where a feature offers sharing, sharing remains an explicit traveler action.

Questions

If a dedicated privacy contact method is added, it will be published here. Until then, do not send passwords, payment-card information or other secrets through public site forms or chat.
